You can not get people to understand what they refuse to see. SFI is simple and straightforward. Keep it simple. Work with your workers. The inactive affiliates are just dead weight. Sure, keep sending them messages once a week to let them know that you do care but know that you can not do anything to change a person's mind when they are determined to do or not do something.
The affiliates that see the opportunity are the one's you should concern yourself with. Even those affiliates sometimes will burn out. I had a Gold Team Leader that just drop out because they said it was a waste of their time. They were looking for sudden success - that $2000 dollar pay day. Scores of EAs have come along the way and then just fizzled out. That $.25 pay day was the killer! However, most affiliates fail to follow through with the appropriate actions that lead to commissions, e.g. selling products.
Trust me all team leaders have inactive members. The key is that good team leaders realize that it is a matter of sorting and sifting. You have to keep building and let the cream rise to the top. The 'dregs' just get tossed to the wind. You are looking for those that get it and not those that don't.
