Hello!
Affiliate Manager is a very powerful tool and it's used to monitor your affiliate's progress, view contact information, save private notes about them, etc.
Affiliate Manager tool is divided into six tabs:
1. START - In this tab you can check if your downline member has confirmed his registration, completed his affiliate profile and whitelisted
[email protected]. You can also see the affiliate's email address.
2. CONTACT - In this tab you can view detailed contact information about your downline member, such as physical address, email address and phone/cell phone number. You can also access SFI Instant Message service if the affiliate is currently online or send him a TeamMail message.
3. CHECKLIST - This is the tool used to monitor and check your own progress you make being the affiliate's sponsor. It is used by simply marking the actions you completed and saving the list. It can also be used as a guide to what you should do as a sponsor, or what you should be doing next, with each of your affiliates.
4. NOTES - This tab is used to input and save your own notes and comments about the affiliate. Personally, I use this tab to save notes about the rewards I've sent to the affiliate or as a reminder to do something, or discuss something, or send him a reward in the future.
5. ACTIVITY tab is used to check your affiliate's activity and progress. Here, you can review how many affiliates has a person sponsored in total and how many ranked EA, BTL, STL, GTL, etc. You can also have a quick view of the affiliate's VersaPoints acquisition (for more detailed view you should check VP Ledger), Power Rankings and what he/she actually did to reach current month's goals in the last ten days (the brief report we write each day in our Goals Tab).
6. UPLINE tab is where you can see the upline members of the affiliate, up to sixth generation. In my opinion, this is mostly useful in case the affiliate is your CSA and you need to contact his sponsor or other upline member in order to help your CSA or for any other reason. In any other case, your affiliate's upline is your own upline, so you already know who they are.
In other words, the Affiliate Manager tool is used to manage your own work with your affiliates in order to provide the best support and help you can, by approaching, monitoring and managing each one of your affiliates separately. Since every affiliate has his own progress pace, own capacities, own needs, and having in mind that they haven't all been in SFI for the same period of time, it is very important to know what kind of help and support does each one of your downline members need and have a customized approach to each one of them. And that is, in my opinion, the best way to use Affiliate Manager.
Hope this answer is helpful. Best regards.
