Country/Region sub-forums can help your team members who are weak in English. These forums are written in the native language of the native team members from the country/region. This way the affiliates can ask questions in their native language and get answers back in their native language which is superior to the use of translators which are limited by the tool or translator. There are many words that don't exist in other languages that do exist in English and this makes translation tools lacking at best.
