The Affiliate Manager which contains the affiliate snapshot of PSAs is a very valuable tool for Team Leaders/Sponsors in managing their personally sponsored affiliates. The Affiliate Manager can be found under Hot Spots>Genealogy>Affiliate Manager.
When you click the SFI ID or name of your PSA, the Affiliate Manager will appear. It contains important information about your PSA which are vital for you to know to position yourself as his/her Team Leader/Sponsor in establishing a one-on-one relationship. Most importantly it provides information and data you need to successfully motivate your team and help them duplicate your efforts.
How can you effectively use the Affiliate Manager?
- The first section the header contains personal specific data such as contact info, signup date, keycode, relationship to you (PSA/CSA/Gen. Level), TConnect page, VP Ledger, badges, etc. Refer to this information when dealing with your PSAs for customization of your support message to be effective.
- The Profile section of your affiliates contains general info, prior business experience, business strategy and goals. Use this information to understand more about your PSAs background. Knowing more about your PSA’s background is a big boost in customizing your training and support to facilitate his/her personal development and growth in his/her journey with SFI.
- The “My Best Tip” section of your PSA will show the level of his/her interest in SFI. From here, you can design a strategy of how to best deal with him/her in regards to your training and support. Encourage your PSA to submit his/her tip if you don’t find one.
- Affiliate Manager section, contains important information from the Affiliate Profile. This information is very valuable to Team Leaders/Sponsors for providing insights which will help in identifying the needs, challenges, goals and so on of their affiliates.
Furthermore the Affiliate Manager section is subdivided into the following tabs:
- Start tab
Under this tab, you’ll find out if your PSA has confirmed his/her registration, whitelisted
[email protected] and completed their Affiliate Profile. These are some of the qualifying tasks to become a Fast-Track member. Encourage your PSA to perform these actions if he/she hasn’t done so to receive support messages from SFI admin/upline and pick up his/her VPs.
You can also create your own welcome letter to your PSAs offering friendly guidance and support in a timely manner as they begin their journey with SFI. You can edit, personalized and save your welcome message to be used repeatedly for your new sign ups. Your pre-written welcome message will be available up to 30 days of your new PSA’s date of sign up and will be replaced with "Welcome letter marked as sent!" message after 30 days.
Contact tab
This tab will provide you all contact information that your affiliate has provided: name, company name, postal mailing address, e-mail, and phone numbers, as well as online status, and a link to send a TeamMail to him/her. You can also verify the date of his/her last login at the SFI Affiliate Center though the color coded graphic bars. This login date is a very important item in keeping you track about your PSAs recent activity and react accordingly for support. It will also provide you up-to-date information when to follow up.
Checklist tab
Under this tab, you’ll find essential checklist of actions to perform to initiate and establish a one-on-one relationship with your PSAs. Be sure to perform them step-by-step to bring you closer to your PSA not only as a business partner but as a true friend.
Notes tab
The note tab is for your use of listing your notes or comments about your PSAs. A good use would be to enter the names and SFI ID of reassigned affiliates to your most active PSAs for winning a contest that you have set up in your Leadership Page. You can also write your notes and comments as you monitor the progress of your PSAs in growing their SFI business.
Activity tab
This tab will provide you an overview of all the important statistics of your PSA’s activities: total number of affiliates sponsored including EAs and Team Leaders, VPs earned for the current month, last month and current total VP, Standing Order status, power rankings and his/her actions to meet monthly goals. This will give you an overview of the intensity level of his/her SFI business activities and his/her level of motivation.
Upline tab
You can find contact information about sponsor, Co-sponsor and other upline members in this section. When you as a Team Leader/Sponsor need help for supporting your PSA, you can contact your upline through this tab. You share both the same upline team members; why not use this section to quickly/easily go upline for help and/or ideas?
If your PSA has completed his/her Affiliate Profile, this section will also contain information about whether the affiliate has communicated with upline members and a "what my sponsor should know about me" comment. This has been previously brought to your attention by your PSA, so be sure to review this and address it if possible.
