If you don't have a good sponsor and co-sponsor, don't worry about how important it is for you to have one. Just use the Forum, and the ASK SC answers and all the training that SFI provides. If you are smart in your work, you will get there. Do not be resentful. They earn a commission, if they qualify, because they put in the effort or money to introduce you to SFI. Period.
If you do have a good sponsor or co-sponsor, you will soon learn to appreciate him. That is if you are a good affiliate. Do you reply to your sponsor when he writes you? Everytime? Do you rely on him to answer your questions and doubts? Do you do what he tells your? Or do you reinvent the wheel?
A good sponsor will tell you how to do things, what to do, etc. The name of this game is duplication. When you have a good sponsor or co-sponsor you have someone you can duplicate. That makes it much easier for you to train your PSAs and CSAs to duplicate what you do.
A good sponsor can counsel you on the do's and don'ts of your business. He can guide you on your goals.
Both with and without a good sponsor or co-sponsor, it is your duty to become the best sponsor and co-sponsor that you can be. And remember that co-sponsors should not interfere with the relationship of his CSAs with their sponsors.
