I am assuming that this question goes past using your To Do List or VP Ledger. There is a lot of information saved here. But not all is saved forever and not all is well documented. I am also assuming that this question goes past the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks found on the To Do List.
There are other places in your SFI Affiliate site that record your personal activities. Your sales and purchases and the purchases of your PSAs and CSAs are recorded in your My Account reports, as are your commissions, your PRMs, etc.
TC Member tab takes you to a copy of all your orders, also your TCredit, VP and MRP Ledgers. Your Wish List, also there, lets you remember the products that caught your eye while viewing the new product at TC.
These records are being kept for you by SFI. There is one important place at SFI where you can keep records, but you have to do it yourself.
This is the Notes section on the Profile pages of your PSAs and CSAs. I keep records of what I mail to my affiliate, if he responds, his VP when I mailed it. What rewards or incentives I gave or promised. And anything else that might help me in the future with his success.
I also keep lots of files in my email account. I save everything that might be important in the future. I also save a copy of what I send to my team in the mail because sometimes I reuse the letter for the next group.
All of this should cover most anything you are hoping to record and save.
