This is like a double edged sword; one side it is nice to have a good sponsor & co-sponsor to answer questions, to inspire, motivate and be a mentor but; on the other side it is up to you to take the steps to success.
Like myself I have great sponsor & co-sponsor but I only contact them when I have a big issue, other wise I figure it out on my own because its my business, the answers are here, I need to roll with the punches, take responsibility, learn and grow.
So on how important a sponsor/ co-sponsor is on a scale from 1 to 10, I would have to say 5.
and depending on how skilled and motivated a person is with business would determine on what kind of help they would need.
