I have a notebook and I have a goal. My first goal is to attend to all of the daily tasks and earn the maximum VP. Always make sure that the VP gained is the same figure as the date. If today is the 8th of the Month, then your VP for the tasks you have done should also be the 8th.
If your notebook has some columns in it, you can write down all the VP you have gained so far. Work out how many you need to gain your status at the end of the month and make sure you attend to enough chores to attain this goal.
It can be done with your Word program also but I personally think a notebook is best as you can refer to it easily. Just keep it beside your computer and refer to it often to see how you are travelling.
I used to watch a lot of TV. Now, I have my laptop and my notebook in front of my at all times. TV is on but I am not watching it. I am referring to my notebook to see how many more VP I can get and where I can get them from.
