I personally use a spreadsheet to organize my business. I have set up daily, weekly and monthly To-Do lists on the front page of the spreadsheet, so I can keep track not only of my actions on the SFI site, but also my marketing actions, tracking stats so i can easily see which ads are getting the most responses, etc.
You can get a good, free spreadsheet online. I suggest OpenOffice from Apache (https://www.openoffice.org/). It is very nearly as good as Bill Gates's big name product (some would even say better), but without the price tag.
