Extremely Important!! Although SFI provides a wealth of information and training on all aspects of SFI, your main help should always come from your Personal or Co Sponsor, because that is all part of being an Awesome Sponsor. As each affiliate grows their team, they are slowly building their knowledge of SFI as well, and they should always impart this knowledge to their down-lines. This increases your down-lines knowledge and will therefore increase your commissions, so is a win-win situation for all concerned.
So if you are going to build a team, then as a Sponsor or Co Sponsor you also need to be prepared to teach and guide your team members, don't build teams if you are not prepared to do this, because you are simply wasting new affiliates time by offering no help.
A good Sponsor or Co Sponsor will go out of their way to learn as much about SFI as possible, and pass this on to their team, and if you have one of these 'Awesome Sponsors' you will do very well with your new SFI business.
