The short answer, is, don't bother.
If you are active, and your sponsor doesn't notice that, then they may not be active themselves.
If they are active and still don't notice you, then they are not setting a good example, so they are not the type of sponsor I would be seeking guidance from anyway. Instead, reach out to your co-sponsor, or your up-line, and seek their advice. Ask questions here (as you have done), or search the Forum for relevant threads.
There is a wealth of information available to you at SFI. It's like having a library full of books. Sometimes you just need someone to point you in the right direction to find the information you seek. A good sponsor should at least do that for you, if nothing else.
Having a non-responsive sponsor is the one time when you do NOT want to apply the principle of duplication! Instead, try to become the type of sponsor you wish you had when you first started.
