1. As per sfimg.com/the_plan we require 5 affiliates to travel to the top throughout our journey. We are not very sure who will be those 5 affiliates who will come with us until we reach the top. So we need to keep recruiting as many as possible.
Any time any one would leave for any reason. We have no guess on that. To bridge the gap we need to keep sponsoring, training and maintaining. It's like plantation. We can't say how much we're going to harvest when we sow the seeds. It has to undergo a long process, withstand many factors and grow.
We are not sure how many of them will take this seriously and work with lasting dedication. The ratio of sponsored versus active will determine the success. Not the numbers.
2. We have many challenges to face at each level. All of the 5 affiliates must be in a position to place
Standing Order every month regularly and maintain the status of an EA2 at least.
3. At later stages, being a BTL, STL, GTL and PTL we have to meet the challenges of both Sales Versa Points and Action Versa points. Every advance level requires more VPs respectively.
4. To meet the required VPs we need more affiliates in our down line. We get matching VPs and commission too if we have more of an EA 2 and above in our down line.
5. The more affliates we have, the less stress in meeting the required VPs at different levels of our position.The more matching VPs and more commission. There is no limitation.
6. Many people also will get this SFI opportunity. We should not limit or stop sponsoring.
7. The more number of affiliates, the more benefits.
8. At least 5 new PSAs to be sponsored every month. Later we can advance to 5 PSAs a week, then 5 PSAs a day or even more. We need to sponsor constantly.
9. We need to sponsor as many affiliates as possible. We need to teach them. We need to give them attention and support whenever they need and until they could manage themselves.
10. Appreciate, encourage, greet them on their developments, achievements, winning and at all advancements however small or big it is.
11. It's as important to maintain a good bond and retain them, as getting an affiliate.
12. We need to embed a strong belief in them about SFI and its great opportunity. Its power of duplication and power of internet. Power of its ready-to-go tools and support. So that they stick to SFI and make their down line too to be here.
