Sponsoring Affiliates into SFI is one of the basic actions every Affiliates should carry out continuously. But when it comes to the number, how many; then there is no hard and fast rule.
To start with, the number of Affiliates you sponsor every month do not necessarily translate to success. There are instances where people have a team of 500 PSAs or more with none of them being active. Experience have showed that, averagely between 1 to 10% of Affiliates are active at any point in time.
Therefore, your goal primarily is to sponsor active Affiliates. While you may not ordinarily determine beforehand whether an Affiliate would be active or not, people by monitoring and evaluation have discovered they get more active Affiliates from some particular sources than others.
You need to optimize every source where your EA or EA2 conversions is high; that is you sponsor more motivated Affiliates from such sources than tire-kickers that abound in some other sources. Spend more time and resources on those sites so that you eventually build active downline guaranteeing success.
However, you cannot completely dissociate quantity from quality. The more Affiliates you Sponsor, the greater your chances of getting a couple of ones that would make it to EA and thereafter EA2 and upwards.
Remember, according to the PLAN in SFI, you need 5 Active Affiliates in your first line to break even in this business. It is now left to you after getting them to either concentrate on completely supporting these 5 or to support them while you look for more first line active Affiliates.
Actually, duplication should be your goal. You should not just be the only one sponsoring Affiliates, but the entire team. You should always try to help your downline also by organizing a COOP.
Therefore, sponsor, sponsor and sponsor; don't ever limit yourself until you develop your team from first line to maximum 12 levels. Ensure you distribute the recruits for optimal strengthening of your entire team.
