I have used my leadership page to update my team on team competitions, for products I recommend, to offer my best affiliate tip, to talk about rewards and incentives I provide to workers, and blog about interesting subjects in network marketing sales. If the view was not blocked by SFIMG because of poaching, cross solicitation, and other practices by some I can share much of my experience from the past 20 years in this industry.
Nevertheless, it is important for team members to know about competitions, and incentives for those who reach milestone achievements. It is important that members feel appreciated and their achievements celebrated. You would never want to foster the sense of obligation or that you are simply preying on your network. It is important to give back not only in information but also in the form of a needed gift certificate to assist in a milestone achievement.
Therefore, my leadership page should inspire my team to reach higher and dream bigger. I've used it to encourage, support and reward my team. I even use it on a more personal level to share my reasons for join SFI and tell about my SFI story. This makes for a healthy leadership page that is not just about a bunch of things to do. This would certainly motivate and inspire your team as well.
