Yeah talking about using the SFI Leadership page to inspire and motivate my team
Firstly, I think the Leadership Page is one of the best tools provided by to present yourself to your team. I believe the words "INSPIRE and MOTIVATE" are a keywords to a successful SFI business. Before I can inspire or motivate others, my achievements and and what I do should be an inspiration to me.
Therefore, I will start with the display of my SFI and Tripleclicks badges. We try talkng our affiliates into coming online to do there daily To-Do list, I ask myself how often do I do that. Of course the Leadership Page has to display that. I mean if I will inspire or motivate my affiliates into joining Wave 3, Pricebender auction, Playing Eager Zebra games, Duplication, Making Standing Order, Checking the Forum, Reading Answers at Ask SC etc I as the Leader must have done same. Yeah that's why the Leadership page would display it.
Secondly, Contest has been know to cheer up few affiliates into action. Using the Leadership Page to setup a Team Contest is a great way to inspiring and motivating the team. Referring the team members to the page to check out the ongoing contest, would definitely be inspiring to the team members.
The blog space on the Leadership Page is another great way to put down few words every week or month to encourage the team. A word of encouragement reassuring the team members of your commitment to being a great and awesome sponsor. You could drop a message on how they can go grow in their SFI businesses or what they need to do to make SFI a better place for a good business. What are your testimonies, do you have pages you want to refer your members to, the Leadership Page is the best place to talk about that.
Also, there are different ECA members selling almost the same products with different prices. Its is the responsibility of the Team Leader to inform the Team about the best ECA that would deliver products at the right time and also have reasonable prices for the products they sell. What am I saying? The "I RECOMMEND" space on the Leadership Page is the only place on SFi where your affiliates can go to check this. So fill in your recommendation, inform your members about it and am sure it will greatly inspire them to purchase some certain products,
Use the "RECOGNITION" page to recognize those in your team who are working extra hard, accomplishing goals, reaching milestones, winning contests, etc. There is no better way to appreciate a hardworking affiliates than announcing them and their achievements to the whole team. I believe this will inspire and motivate them to do more and for those who are watching, they also will want to get a press on the crowd.
Dont forget to write a good welcome letter on the Leadership page so all new affiliate who visit the Leadership page can read and have some inspiration.
