As Gery said, find 5 active PSA workers that will duplicate your success. These 5 PSAs will then find 5 more active PSAs under them and the process goes on and on. My suggestion is to find 1 new PSA each month that is really active. Each new PSA should be followed up as needed to show them how to duplicate their business.
Be there to help your PSAs and their PSAs, etc. to build a very strong team. Just go at the speed that you feel comfortable with.
