I'm not a leader yet, but I know what would write when I become a leader.
Now I can say that I know what I'd like to read on someone's Leadership Page.
Leadership Page is in fact your blog to SFI.
To motivate and inspire your team and help them to follow your way, on your Leadership page you need to :
- publish your achievements which related on this business,
- to share positive conclusions that can help others,
- to give advice to team members how to overcome certain problems at some point,
- boast your team for any successful action,
- to remind you of them on the opportunities that are offered to us,
- encourage them to continue working even when things did not go as planned.
Your Leadership Page is support to your team just as much as you do, in your particular conversation with each member of your team.
