First of all, let's try to understand SFI Rules of Success:
1. Become & Remain an EA every month;
2. Develop 5 Strong & Active PSAs;
3. Help them to repeat the above.
If we follow these continuously, we will certainly build a successful business.
But is it that much simpler & easier? Honestly, Not.
Through ads. I received more than 300 Sign Ups about 7 months ago. None logged in till now.
Through other means I received 50 Sign Ups. None is active currently. This is one side of the coin. The other side, I have more than 400 CSAs. Just 5 of them are active; and 2 of them keep growing month after month.
All these point to few facts:
1. You have to keep sponsoring affiliates every month;
2. There is no guarantee on the number of people who will remain committed for a long time;
3. When the process of introducing affiliates is repeated it ensures at least we have people
to communicate with;
4. They may remain dormant for many months;
5. At some point of time, because of our consistent follow up and constant encouragement,
surely some will emerge stronger;
Conclusion:
a. Keep sponsoring as much people as possible regularly;
b. Motivate them with systematic communication;
c. Inspire them with your performance & incentives;
d. Remain hopeful to build a strong team keeping SFI Rules of Success as the foundation;
