1. Blog - This can be used to suggest/advise/motivate & inspire our Team Members regularly. We can provide, tips, ideas & help having/executing strategies so that goals can be achieved by
every one. In short, this is the place where we can share anything and everything which can
help in making our team stronger and grow consistently.
2. Greeting - This helps us to introduce ourselves to our Team Members & through this they can know
how and in what ways we can help them to succeed.
3. Rewards - Here we can create contests backed up with rewards and incentives which can motivate our Team Members to perform better and keep growing. When they grow, as Sponsors, we too grow.
4. Recommend - We can use this place to provide guidance and throw more light on SFI/TC products and services. We can recommend products, their usability, etc. so that the team can understand and move forward in planning their Purchase vis a vis meeting the VersaPoints requirements.
5. Recognition - This is the place where we can announce the winners, runners, etc in the contests that we conducted during the month. The best performers can be congratulated and introduced to other Team Members so that they too will be able to understand few tips to grow and win. Team bonding can be strengthened if only this place is used efficiently.
6. My Best Tip - As the Sponsor, our focus should always be on Team Building and Team's growth. To ensure this, this area gives us excellent opportunity to provide best tips to succeed based on our learning and experience over the years. New members always look up to others especially their up line, for clarifications, tips, suggestions, ways to improve their performance, etc. If we do not do our job in time, they will easily give up.
