My SFI Homepage is a reflection of my Leadership Page. My Leadership page contains 6 important items that summarize my activities and my active participation in SFI business.They are Leadership Page Blog Manager, Greeting, Reward/Incentives, I recommend, Recognition and Best Tip. As Team Leader, I need to update the information that can be viewed by my downline as a source of information and as a motivation. As a Team Leader, I must show a good example of doing business "Walk the Talk".
The blog is used to communicate with the downline on what I'm doing and sharing what I know and do. A warm and friendly greeting will welcome my downline to feel being part of the team and the organization. Conduct contests to reward and provide incentives to active affiliates as to motivate them to get involve intensively in the business and improve their ranking.
I recommend selective products that are proven to help in growing the business and the essential tools to maintain the rank.
For those affiliates who have shown outstanding performance, token of appreciation in the forms of free tcredits and gift cars or a share in S-Builder or Co-op or any other tokens that are applicable.
The best Tip is to motivate and encourage affiliates to use the recommended tip to follow and apply to their business.
Therefore SFI Leadership Page is actually a gateway for affiliates and team members to know the type of leader they have. It is important that this Leadership Page is maintained occasionally.
