This is what I do and how I go about it. I send a short Newsletter to all of my team using the PSA & CSA Mailer and to the further downline members in my team via the genealogy team mail feature.
I would say something like:
“This is my Leadership Page link (and I would put my link here). From time to time I introduce contests here for members who are progressing up in rank. I also provide one off surprise gifts which I haven’t outlined (they are a surprise after all). Last month, I offered free membership of my Co-Op for a full month, for any team members who reached the rank of Team Leader. I also gave a surprise gift of free PSAs when a member requalified for the month.”
If you would like to participate in my free Co-Op from time to time or if you would like some free PSAs, check out my Leadership Page or email me for details.
Please feel free to copy what I have done for your own team.”
This should motivate and inspire your team members. Even though you are spending a little money to provide the prizes, it comes back to you when your team members progress up the ladder of success.
