First & foremost, that you have risen to become a leader in SFI is a motivating factor in itself. It takes some quality efforts on the part of anyone for that matter to become a Leader in SFI.
So, if you can bring all your experiences/action points that elevated you to a leadership position in SFI so far to bear and summarize these in bullet points on your Leadership Page for your team members to read regularly, the combinations of these points will motivate your team a great deal.
Secondly, if you have participated in answering some ASK SC questions, and have won some votes that qualify you to win action VPs of between 1st to 10th positions at any point in time, you can actually display your answers on your leadership page for the exclusive reserve of members of your team. That way, you are adding to their knowledge base and at the same time, encouraging/motivating them in the process.
