I use the blog on my LP to train people...to let them know what is going on and how it affects their business.
I garner information from the FORUM and from ASK SC, just in case they did not get to read them, or they missed something. I then explain the articles, or questions, and how it can affect them and their business.
You see if you explain to them how it will affect them, then they can see it in a different light and they can adapt what they are doing to increase sales and increase their downlines.
I use the RECOGNITION to honor my team mates, because they are my business partners and they need to be honored. They are working hard and we need to let them know how much we appreciate them.
I use the contest entries to get my partners on board in the contest so that they can win prizes and increase their own businesses.
I also like to read my Uplines messages and contact them, I copy some of their information and pass it onto my partners so that we are all on the same page...
Makes life so much easier having the Leadership Page....
I also use the LP for TIPS that might help my partners and I RECOMMEND to them what I know works and will work for them....I don't sell my partners anything......I show them what is going on in SFI/TC.....the final choice is up to them if they want to implement what I am doing, and follow my success at SFI.
The LP helps us as Leaders to be able to reach our people in a simplified manner. I can send one message via the LP to the frontline movers and get information flowing in a consistent and timely manner.
I use it to send messages and then let them know to go and look at the LP page...
This is a useful tool, if used right.
