I don't think there will be a wrong answer to this question -- we all love the same thing and we all love different things about SFI!
But since you asked, I will tell you - what I love about SFI is the personal involvement of the CEO, Gery Carson.
Other CEO's and top management types are involved in their programs as well - and I like those too, but Gery lends a very personal slant to his involvement that keeps me believing in this company and it's employee's.
Gery is always in the forums, answering questions or setting us straight, and I don't always agree with him but I have to say that I respect him immensely.
For someone to have shown the amount of perseverance and dedication to his company is actually pretty remarkable in this day and age where you often see a leader opening program after program in the hunt for massive wealth.
Gery stays true to SFI and just makes it better and better instead of new company after new company.
Not to dilute or take anything away from Gery, but he obviously has top-notch people on his staff who I include in this "What I love about SFI". This type of successful business is never built by one person but this also speaks to Gery's ability to lead.
At the end of the day, the thing I love most about SFI is the leader of this company and the people behind it.
