Members of your team should understand that they work for company just like any other. We are employees BUT without boss, alarm clock, office and formal dressing code. Just like in any other company - salary is to be earned, in our case, luckily - by multiple means and in various ways, MONTHLY.
Otherwise, our titles could be earned once, and we could just do nothing - they will understand that nobody pays anyone to do practically nothing. But I must stress this: someone who wasn't qualified for EA in one month can transfer VPs in next month within 7 days! You shouldn't forget to inform your team about that.
Another cause is fairness - imagine how many points would have someone who is 3, 4 or more years or months in the business - how could anyone of fresh members compete with them?
That is also the answer to other question you'll likely to be asked - why VP disappear after 180 days. Be prepared for that, although it's clearly written on our Home pages.
So - in short, main thing is:
We receive monthly salary, so we must earn it monthly.
I am happy because I work for real corporate company, from home - that's main beauty of this job. I think when your team members understand that, everything will be more clear.
