However, there are some aspects of SFI tools/system that are restricted to tweaking like banners and text ads. For you to be able to add your personal touches to text ads for example, you have to seek permission from SFI and must be at least a STL.
This means you have may wiggle room to manoeuvre in some other aspects like face-face prospecting and team building. SFI gives various guidelines in some aspects of this business and like I said, they are guidelines, so you may want to tweak those and make them more directly relevant to your objectives.
Some affiliates have their own website for the purpose of taking control of the way they want to run their respective SFI businesses, by applying their own strategies and giving it their personal touches in order to personalise them for achieving their individual objectives. It is important to point out that there are guidelines provided by SFI which your are expected to incorporate in running your personal SFI website for carrying out your SFI business.
Also, you can decide to create your own system you are comfortable with in as much as it is real and frankly represents what SFI stands for. There is nothing wrong to work your team members for example, through a simplified system or a success plan from day one. A system is better to the extent that it can be adjusted to suit different scenarios or applied to overcome immediate and future challenges faced by its affiliates, so several tools/sub-systems here are neither sacrosanct nor silver bullet to solving the all problems.
As you can see, SFI provides some tools and has a predefined business concepts, however, there is nothing wrong in your own style, incorporating your system and touches where allowed, provided you do it professionally and not to bring the integrity of SFI into disrepute because a soiled finger spoils the rest.
