It is sad how a large number of adults do not want to work and believes that they can get the money without work. Maybe they are right. You can get the money without hard work, but mostly not in a lawful and honest way.
You're lucky if you associate asks you this question day or two after joining. It's terrible if you get asked a month later when you've already invested a lot of time and effort to help him. Sometimes I wish to be rude and answer : "Play the lottery. You might get, but first buy a ticket."
I personally know several companies that offer money without working. I has never been their referral, but I know some who are. Some have really come to the money, those who first joined, others have lost their money - they failed to collect their work. If someone wants to go and works for that kind of company - let him.
