2. For various levels, various number of Versa Points are to be accomplished in the current month.
3. Easy to access current month's progress.
4. Easy to remember too.
5. If it's not set to zero, a lot of confusion will result.
6. When it is set to zero, it's easy to monitor the progress in the current month.
7. SFI allocates action VPs and Sales VPs to be completed for each month.
8. We have to try and complete those needed Versa Points to move to the next level or to retain in the current level.
9. If Versa Points are not set to zero, this monitoring will be complicated.
10. In fact SFI is helping us with clear system.
11. SFI processes commissions, our earnings for the calendar month.
12. If these Versa Points are not set to zero, again those will be included. The company cannot and not supposed to pay repeatedly for the same activities of the same person.
13. It's like attendance and pay slip of any normal job. Every month the company reopens fresh attendance and pays for the number of days worked.
14. Score board helps us to measure our development day by day, in each aspect.
15. Versa Points are accumulated till 180 days.
