However, I would just like to add an aspect I have not seen mentioned yet.
Because VPs are reset each month, everyone has an equal opportunity to earn from the TC Executive Pool, whether they have been with SFI for many years or just begun. Whilst it is true that the long-standing TLs will build their VPs quicker each month because they earn Matching VPs from their downline, if the VPs did not reset to zero, these TLs would have just so many VPs accrued, that the TCEP would be so diluted it would be impossible for a new affiliate to earn anything of value from it. So the answer is to build your team so you can benefit from the Matching VPs each future month.
