Identifying amongst downline members who could be superstars in SFI has become a preoccupation for me for the pleasant anticipation each time I get a Notification of a new PSA.
There is nothing like a feeling of hope with each new arrivals- Will this person be a good worker, an Ace? You forget how many inactives you already have and how frustrated you are becoming, so each new affiliate that joins your team brings an excitement like a fresh water to a wilting plant.
When a new PSA joins your team, check the Affiliate Profile and read whatever personal information is given there that will give you a clue as to any prior experiences in any offline or online jobs, goals or reasons for joining SFI.
Once you send a welcome letter with a brief instructions on getting started and a commitment message is sent back to you that the new person is ready to be active in SFI.
You then start your role not only as an awesome sponsor but as a friend, mentor, and guidance counsellor.
When the new PSA starts to ask questions for more information and guidance, and been following your advice, logging in daily and earning VP and regularly featuring in your Movers List, this is a clear indication of someone who is serious about building SFI business.
If the new PSA is progressing so well, has become EA within a week, has sponsored affiliates on his own and is resourceful in finding ways to attract more affiliates and promoting TC products, is ready and willing to invest time, money, and commitment to SFI, then you have a very promising and budding superstar in your team.
Other early signs are participation in the many SFI activities and contests, actively joining the conversations in the Forum and communicating with you on a regular basis.
Identify more of your downlines with the same trait, work ethics, perseverance and determination and your SFI business is looking great.
Keep your role as an awesome sponsor and in time you’ll produce awesome superstars.
