As we all can attest to "Superstars" are rare but they do exist. In my experience and time in SFI I have found that Superstars are not always the one who start out the gate running at top speed. They are not always the ones who ask tons of questions or complete their daily To-Do-List. They may start out doing everything right; however, how long do they remain on task? Three months, six months? How super can one be who throws in the towel after only a few shorts Months when brick and mortar businesses takes years to turn a real profit? Superstars don't buy into the overnight riches or fast buck trickery.
A "Superstar" in my humble opinion is the one who stays on a certain path or course of action until the desired goal or dream is reached/obtained. The Superstar is faced with ups and downs, disappointments, failures and yet they "stand" and "stay the course" because they know that they have the stuff that dreams are made of. They believe in themselves and they "Never" quit.
You can identify Superstars on your team because they are the ones who "remain" and who will continue to log in, work and grow their business long after other fast starters have quit. Superstars will eventually WIN the race and their success will be your success; when this happens you will have no problem identifying your "Superstars"
