I think almost all the Team Leaders are carefully watching their down-lines trying to find their next superstar. We develop pre-conceived ideas on what actions a new affiliate makes will determine if they will be a superstar or not. We look for things like:
1. Becoming a Gold Fast Track within the 10 days allowed by SFI
2. Emailing you for a question on where and how to advertise.
3. Setting up a standing order within their first couple weeks.
4. Finding your down-line on the forum asking questions and giving answers.
5. Sponsoring and enrolling new affiliates.
6. Asking you questions on how to duplicate what you are doing.
7. Climbing to higher ranks quickly and even passing you up;
Before we all go hunting for our next superstar we need to ask this simple question: Am I a superstar? If in your own eyes you do not see that you have reached that superstar level of accomplishment then how do we know what a superstar is?
When we talk about who is Successful we find there are thousands of different answers because one person’s idea of success is different than another person’s idea. The same thing goes with trying to figure out who is going to be a superstar in your down-line. Everyone will have a different way of describing who a superstar is.
We really should not be trying to find the superstars in our down-lines. We should be focusing on being that superstar we are searching for. When we are becoming that superstar and an awesome sponsor we will be able to clearly see who is rising to greater heights in our down-lines.
