If I help you find a JOB you will get a SALARY that is pennies on the dollar of what your BOSS earns. If I help you start your own business then you ar the BOSS making the DOLLARS instead of a salary. If you own your own business it can continue long into retirement, and pay you tomorrow for the work today. In a JOB at best you are looking at a Pension or 401K that pays you a fraction of what you use to earn.
If your want a JOB go ahead, have one and let your boss laugh about how much work you do for so little pay. Let your peers pass you by on promotions because one can flatter the boss better than the other, one is smarter, one had money for college etc..
If you want a business you can be the one laughing as your peers still have to flatter a boss, or work smarter, or have a degree to only ever earn a salary while their boss and you make all the money they desire.
