The best approach to take when trying to identify superstars is to treat all of your affiliates the same. Give them all the same support. Give extra attention to your consistent movers. They are your diamonds in the rough because they have shown through time that they persist toward their goals. Every month I have only a few affiliates to qualify as EA out of over a thousand. But when I look at how many affiliates earned VP in the last month I see 6 times as many. Then I look at how many affiliates earn VP this month to see whose consistent.
Thus if you use this approach, it is clear who is a "superstar" in the making. Be sure to recognize these affiliates for their efforts. Support them and find out how you can best assist them. Help them achieve their goals and these will certainly yield good returns on your investment.
