It's not easy to recognize who will be active and successful in business.
I had PSAs, for those I thought that are "right" ones, because they were active in very beginning of the work. But, they all quit shortly after. Also, I had "slow" beginners who later achieved TL statuses with good teams.
If someone will become "superstar", that we could never know for sure, but in my experience, members who always have some question for me about where to read and learn and how to grow the business, they are "superstars".
That's why my suggestion for you is to listen your downline and, as Gery tells us, work with workers and results will follow.
