All the actions necessary to earn VP are contained in your To-Do-List or VP Ledger and all of them are important one way or the other to attain your stated objectives. However, objectives differ with individuals and how important a particular action is depends actually on the objectives of each member of your downline as far as earning VP is concerned.
For example, a team member who wants to concentrate on sales will need to focus on a different set of actions to earn the necessary VP from another who wants to develop an active team. Now the issue will be if one of these 2 areas is more important in building a more sustainable and a more successful business in SFI; I think it is important to focus on both, but since your question specifically asks for the action to recommend I will vouch for team building (Team Leadership and Support) VP for the following reasons:
1. Team building is very encompassing because it tends to cover other areas from which you can earn additional VP like when some of your team members purchase products from TC, when they join the ECA program etc
2. Team members are more likely to engage in consistent and repeated actions therefore ensuring the continuous flow of VP into your account.
3. It is more sustainable to benefit from an active team because it is an inevitable part of building a successful business because of the potential to earn residual income as a result.
4. You may also earn VP match as a result of your pursuit of team support VP
Now let me demonstrate the overall benefits of team Support VP as follows:
You have the potential to earn unlimited VP from team support + VP from their purchases + VP when they become ECAs + VP Match (includes Fast Track Bonus) + Direct Commission + Co-sponsor Commission + ECA royalties + EZ game matching prizes etc
Note also that VP match can be earned up to generation 12 in the case of your PSAs.
Now, if you compare these benefits to say, the benefits of recommending one of sales VP, ECA VP or any other VP action for that matter, you get far less benefits. For example, only 2 benefits each from sales (Direct commission + VP) and ECA (Royalties + referral VP).
You can see why I recommend Team Leadership and Support VP to my downline if I have to choose one as you requested. This will not only give the benefits mentioned above, it will also be a motivation for advancement and the appetite to aim higher, by working harder, in order to earn higher.
