I would say that is a question one must have to ask oneself.

Being capable, to me means, having faith in myself and knowing myself that I can accomplish what I set out to do.

With that comes commiting my time to learning about the business,

Committing some finances (if I have to),

Committing to the training/support of my downline, (because they succeed, I succeed.)

Faith and commitment can lead one to be successful!
