When I started SFI, no one welcomed me. I did’t know who is my my sponsor.
Now things are different. Sponsors/co-sponsors know what to do when any one joins under then. So I do not blame my sponsor. SFI was like that.
I started learning my self. Came to the rank of BTL without the help of my sponsor. Now I do the following:

1. As soon as some one joins me, I send a welcome message by three means:
2. (a) E-card
3. (b) Through email.
4. (3) PM message.

Then I too never remained in constant touch with my PSAs/CSAs. But now I contact them regularly.

There was no bidding to earn extra VPs then. Now I regularly bid for favorite items.
Earlier there were no Eager Zebra games. Now I play these games without fail.

I use to hardly visit Forum. Now I visit the Forum regularly & participate in it so much that I have become Forum Guru.

Now I like to ask question/give answer on Ask_SC.

In addition to above I am regular S-Builder & Gift Card subscriber.
