My approach to these prospects is to focus of the simple 3 step plan. I reassure them that I have been in SFI for many years, and my upline has been in SFI even longer. I let them know that SFI is a solid opportunity and has been around for over 15 years. I give them step by step instructions that a 8th grader can follow.
Don't over complicate anything about SFI. Let your prospects know that you will walk them through each phase that they must go through. Give them your personal phone# and email so that they can reach you anytime. Everyone feels reassured when they have someone that can mentor them through the process.
