There are so many good tools that SFI offers.

I will have to suggest the Movers List is vital for each
Team Leader to stay on top of his/her active team members,
Both PSAs and CSAs.
From this one page you can access each affiliates To-Do List,
profile, current standing and review your individual notes.
They can be easily contacted via Profile page with an ECard,
or chat if on line.
It is a quick way to determine who needs to be contacted
for inspiration, reward, updates or tips.

As stated, there are so many good tools.
Genealogy would be my best 2nd answer.
