The PSA mailer is a great time saver. The PSA mailer is a great service that SFI offers to all sponsors to communicate with all your PSA members about a topic that you perceive as a helpful topic for every member (even your CSA's). You simply prepare the PSA message and use the Mailer service with SFI to send it to all your PSA's - this is the same as a Staff/Team Memo so every PSA gets the same message a the same time. This is an effective tool for you to communicate to your PSA team members.
Personal e-mail use is a great way to connect personally with your PSA's. Directly connecting with PSA's is important as the message is individualized and enables you to communicate directly with what is needed by the PSA member rather than using a "general" message for all through the PSA Mailer. Connecting as a one - to- one is important as you then can communicate what is on the minds of each PSA. Personal e-mail is your feed-back method from your PSA's - communication is from the PSA.
