(a) Both the methods have their own advangages. We can directly contact our PSAs if they have confirmed their ‘registration’ . This we can find from the genealogy by seeing a GREEN rectangle. If we see a WHITE rectangle that means our PSA has not yet confirmed his registaration due to message going to SPAM or JUNK BOX. In such cases it is difficult to contact them through direct mail.
(b) On the other hand sending messages though PSAs means we use SFI as the sender of our messages on behalf of us. SFI has better methods to penetrate SPAM & JUNK BOXES and make sure our messages reach to our PSAs
(c) So, in my opinion, we should use both the methods to make sure that we are successful in communicating with our PSAs as well as CSAs. You are never sure which method may work for you depending upon the email id of the PSA/CSA.
