One of the things that set SFI to a higher standard compared to other Internet marketing companies is the ability to communicate several different ways with the affiliates in our teams.
The Stream system is for those times when you need to send a short news blast or an uplifting quote and recognition notices to our PSAs, (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) or our CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates) or send the message to both groups or send your message to only your team members on the 2nd level and lower.
We also have the forum and ASK SC (SFI Community) where questions can be presented and answers given by top affiliates who know the business well. Both of these communications systems can help tremendously in building our personal business.
We also have the ability to send small Ecards of support or congratulations for work well done. It is a great way to send a short uplifting note to your teammates.
In answering your question as to what form of communication with our teammates is best I would have to say using the Team mailers for our PSAs and CSAs. Because of the many different filters that you can use to narrow down who you want to receive your message or to broaden your outreach with your team.
Also when you send a team message through the mailer system within SFI your teammates will get the message at their personal email address and in their inbox at their Affiliate home page. You’re getting “twice the service with half the effort – that’s a great deal!
I will only use my teammates personal email address if I have established a trustworthy bond with them. My reason for this is that many affiliates are getting hundreds (or more) emails a day in their personal inbox and receiving more from me may be enough to send them running or end up blocking me.
Also many of our teammates personal email addresses are not correct for one reason or another and we do not know if they are getting the messages they need.
Some affiliates are concerned that if we use the team mailers and our teammates don’t check in or don’t read their inbox mail at their Affiliate Center then they will miss out on anything I am sending them.
Like I stated above SFI mailers go to their personal email account as well as their SFI inbox. If your teammates are not checking in to their Affiliate Center then you shouldn’t be to concerned about them not getting a message – That is why we work with the workers.
I do have a dedicated personal (hosted) email account set up just for my teammates and some of my down-line use this to contact me when they do that, their name and email address is automatically added to my SFI mailer address book within that hosted account.
