Great question! I think the most important tool is the genealogy tool. This will tell you many things about your PSA's and CSA's - when they signed up, last logged in, profile details, etc. You can learn alot about them from here and also use this tool to generate emails to the PSA's and CSA's you want to - use one of the convenient filters to define the group you want your mail to go to - such as PSA's in the last 10 days, or last month, or CSA's this month, etc. The filters allow you to see recent signups and you can also filter on last login date - to focus on the more active, or on the less active if you're trying to wake sleepers :)
