Contacting PSAs through SFI is easy and convenient, but the problem there is that if the PSAs does not log onto the site they are unlikely to receive your messages. This of course is not the case with E-Cards and Group Mails as these are sent to the PSAs via their emails as well. Stream messages are totally dependent on the PSAs logging in order to see them.
Contacting them directly via their email address is great for those who are inactive and do not log onto the site. As long as the email is correct and you have not been blocked or you messages do not go to spam they should receive your messages.
Contacting them by email can be time consuming but this is my preferred method of contacting those who are inactive. (Boy, I have lots of those) I have had some success reigniting some inactive PSAs via direct email.
I actually us both and I would recommend this to all – contact your PSAs through SFI as well as via email direct – especially the inactive ones.
