Considering all the great tools that SFI has to offer, I would say the most important one is the Genealogy and all of it's various parts.
With it we can keep track of the progress of all of our PSA, CSAs and Generations. We can see both their growth in VP and keep track of their log ins.
We can look at where they are from and use that information to build local teams by using the reassignment page. If we choose to use a translator, we can this to group languages by sending to each country.
We can send Gift Certificates, TCredits, and letter to specific people.
We can send letters to large groups of affiliates or narrow it down to a limited group or even just one person.
While you may consider each tab on the Genealogy to be a single tool, together they form a very impressive mechanism to manage our teams.
