1. You can personalise and customise your message to communicate the resources and helpful advice they need. Each PSA is unique in terms of personality, skill level, time availability, and finances. The more you treat them as unique individuals, the better you are going to be able to help them build their business.
2. It shows PSAs that you value them. Often PSAs are new to SFI’s business model that insists on real work, real sales and real achievement. Self doubts, feelings of inferiority, being alone and frustration can be eased through the personal, direct contact of a friendly, helpful sponsor.
