In my opinion, lead by example by playing the games. you will be awarded badges to show you are a participant and also whether you have won. like expected, team members will visit your leadership page and can not avoid noticing it's status. Being a successful affiliate will make them follow as their role model and are likely to do activities you do to become successful.
Also I believe all your team members are your friends and n your communication with them you can mention how you played and won which might create interest in them. Interest is key factor, if you manage to create interest then you have succeed because they will enquire more information from you or search for more and you will find them playing the games.
you can always hold seminars online and take Eager Zebra games as a topic in one of your seminars. Which can be very beneficial.
