There is an old saying that if you want to get something done, give it to a busy person to do. That way it simply becomes part of their on-going process rather than being an imposition.
First, I would encourage them to invest in a standing order, then into two or more S-Builder units, and possibly some PSAs-To-Go. That will ensure they retain EA status at least, and have a steady stream of new PSAs to work with.
Then I would suggest they either take time to write a carefully worded welcome email, or pay a successful copy-writer to prepare one for them. You never get a second chance to make a first impression, so make it good!
They should also prepare a number of email templates addressing various situations, so they can cut-and-paste and then personalize them, rather than having to write a fresh email every time that situation arises. There are low-cost copy-writers online who could prepare these given adequate guidance.
Then I would suggest they invest in paid advertizing on sites with proven high conversion rates. The prospects they get from these will be far more likely to work the business than those coming from free or luck-of-the-draw sites like Traffic Exchanges.
If they do these things, they will then be able to optimize what time they do spend working the business.
They will need to make sure emails are responded to, PSA mailers are sent, and new PSAs are welcomed to the team. But once they have set up the system properly, administering it can be delegated to a family member, or even an employee. A friend of mine has an employee in a low-income country who handles this type of admin for him in his internet marketing business (not SFI). I think he pays them about $2 an hour, which is a lot where they live.
Hope this helps.
