You need to advise your PSA to avoid some rookie mistakes. You should also explain to him how to communicate with his downline. You need to give him help and support. You need to give him some literature about management.
What you should not do is to advise his associates. Why? Because your PSA may have the impression that stealing his downline. Perhaps he won't say so, but your relationship will become bad and cold especially if you know you did it without his knowledge.
The worst thing is if you push his for his team. This is additional work, without boss and no one expects to his sponsor bossy (to him or his downline).
